OBJECTIVE

Our objective for this brand was to increase both new and existing customer revenues across SEO & Paid Media.

SOLUTION

In order to maximise results, we focused on increasing new customers, repeat order rates, conversion rates, AOV and the lifetime value of this brands customers via a variety of techniques and optimisations. Key to this was integration between audiences (both pixel and CRM based) as well as across channels, in order to target each specific audience with a different set of messages, KPI’s and objectives.

RESULTS

The results saw us achieve a 438% increase in new customers during month 1 alone (vs. the same month from the previous year), which then grew to a whopping 545% increase during month 2.
