Having ambitious, yet realistic forecast scenarios with specific KPI’s by channel is key to success.
Each channel can have it’s own KPI’s (such as organic rankings, social reach, or new customers), but it’s important that these are all working towards strict efficiency and profitability goals such as sales, revenue, new customers, retention, profit % and ROI.
Over the years I have created, executed and exceeded forecasts for dozens of clients across a wide range of sectors, objectives and budgets, generating millions of pounds in profit for the brands that I’ve worked with.
