+1,596% INCREASE IN SALES ENQUIRIES & -93% REDUCTION IN CPA – LEAD GENERATION

OBJECTIVE

This well-known nation-wide property developer wanted to increase sale enquiries across key locations within the UK, across Paid Media (Search, Social & Display).

SOLUTION

After taking over activity from a well from a well-known London based agency, we segmented audiences into prospecting, retargeting and remarketing buckets, and integrated Search & Social audiences in order to offer a seamless, cross channel experience across Search, Social & Display, which focused on telling the brands story across channels and multiple touch points. We also applied an audience, location & interaction-based bidding model which allowed us to holistically allocate bids and budgets across audiences and channels, according to key intent indicators, onsite interest and demographics, with reporting & bidding tech overlayed, which allowed us to visualize and optimise results in real time thanks to a custom performance dashboard.

RESULTS

The graphs shown represents sales enquiries 30 days pre & post our new campaign launch. Our campaign was launched on day “30” within the graph, and as we can see this resulted in a huge increase in daily enquiries from there onwards, equal to a +1,596% increase in sales enquiries and a 93% reduction in cost per enquiries when comparing the two 30-day periods.
