3. Access to Google Ads Data

By installing any of our scripts or tools, you grant us permission to access specific data from your Google Ads account, including but not limited to:

• Campaign names and IDs
• Impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value
• Other performance metrics across campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and placements

We only use this data to power the tool(s) you’ve connected to. You can revoke this access at any time by removing the script from your account.

4. Data Ownership

You remain the sole owner of your Google Ads data. We will never claim ownership of your data or share, resell, or use it for any purpose outside the defined scope of service.

5. Limitations of Liability

You are responsible for the management and performance of your Google Ads account. While we strive to deliver accurate and valuable insights, we do not guarantee specific results. Grow & Grow LTD is not liable for any loss of data, performance impact, financial loss, or account suspension that may arise from the use of our tools.

5.1 User Responsibility for Automation

Any automation, script, or tool provided by Grow & Grow LTD is used at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the actions performed by the automation, including but not limited to campaign edits, data exports, and optimisations. We cannot be held accountable for any changes in account performance, loss of data, or other consequences that result from the use or misuse of our automated systems.

6. Termination & Access Revocation

You may stop using our services at any time. If you wish to fully disconnect, remove the script from your Google Ads account and email us to delete your data. We reserve the right to terminate access if the tools are misused.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on jack.tm, and continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
