+799% INCREASE IN NEW CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS DURING BLACK FRIDAY (YOY) - ECOMMERCE

OBJECTIVE

We started working with this brand in September, so we didn’t have much time to prepare for the peak period of Black Friday where the brand had some ambitious YoY growth targets. We put together a strategy that would allow us to launch a series of campaigns at different key dates and stages, which would invite users to sign-up to exclusive deals way ahead of Black Friday. We would then re-engage and nurture these leads via all channels in order to maximise anticipation and revenue during the key Black Friday week. The results saw this brand go from a six-figure Black Friday (for the previous year) to a multi-million pounds Black Friday shortly after we took over.

SOLUTION

In order to achieve such amazing results, we created a data-led strategy that would allow us to identify the brands core/top converting audiences, and then amplify these UK wide, in order to scale traffic, sign-ups and ultimately conversions and revenue from new, relevant, engaged customers, across a combination of digital channels and campaigns.

RESULTS

This strategy allowed us to generate a +799% increase in new customer transactions YoY during the key Black Friday period, skyrocketing sales and new customer volumes that would become loyal customers in the months and years to come.
